Description

The villas are distributed in different apartment complexes in San Teodoro centre, or in the immediate vicinity and they are built with field stone and Sardinian granite, furnished with taste and functionality, all with private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, TV, washing machine, some with air conditioning, barbecue and outdoor shower. They can be on the ground floor with veranda and garden, or on the first floor with balcony, or even on two levels with garden. In some cases they have a private parking, otherwise is free.

• They are divided into:
  Bilo 2/3 beds: living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
  Trilo 4 beds:: living room, bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds or single beds, bathroom.
  Trilo 6 beds:: living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds or single beds, bathroom.
  

Distances: From 1000 to 1800 meters from the sea; from 200 to 600 meters from the centre.

Facilities and services: Reception office and customer service is open every day from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00. You can also book with us: transfer to and from port and airport; rental cars, motorcycles, bicycles; boat trips and excursions in quad bikes, off-road, bus. Near us you can also find shops and all kinds of services.

Animals: Small pets are allowed, with an extra charge.

Beginning / End of the stay and duration: Free Beginning / End of the stay, minimum stay 3 days, until the 02.07 and until 17.09 - Beginning / End of the stay on Sunday, minimum stay 7 days, from the 02.07  and until 17.09. Arrival from the 5:00 pm until the 8:00 pm/ departure by the 10:00 am. The arrivals after 20.00 must be notified in advance and in any case for arrivals after 23.00 there will be required a supplement of € 30,00 per apartment.

PRICE LIST SUMMER 2023 – WEEKLY PRICES

OBLIGATORY EXTRA COSTS TO PAY AT THE ARRIVAL:

• CONSUMPTIONS: € 56.00 PER PERSON (FROM 2 YEARS OLD UP) PER WEEK FOR ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS, TV;
• FINAL CLEANING: € 90,00 FORAPARTMENT (EXCEPT KITCHEN BY THE CUSTOMER, OR ADDITIONAL FEE OF € 50,00);
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT: € 150.00 FOR APARTMENT, REFUNDABLE AT THE END OF STAY.

EXTRA OPTIONAL COSTS TO PAY AT THE ARRIVAL, to ask at the time of the booking:

• BED LINEN AND TOWELS: € 20.00 per person;
• COT HIRE: € 49,00 PER WEEK, FREE IF BROUGHT FROM THE CUSTOMER;
• MIDWEEK CLEANING: € 50.00;
• AIR CONDITIONING: € 70.00 PER WEEK;
• WASHING MACHINE: € 49.00 PER WEEK;
• APARTMENT WITH TWO BATHROOMS: € 105.00 PER WEEK;
• BED: € 105.00 PER WEEK;
• PRESENCE OF SMALL PETS: € 50,00 PER WEEK.
